GC Event Studio (“GC Event Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gceventstudio.com and provides photo booth rentals, event photography and videography, DJ services, event lighting, dance floor rentals, LED walls and related multimedia services.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.

Sharing of mobile information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support services such as customer care or message delivery. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
Retention. Mobile numbers held for SMS purposes are retained while your consent is active. Opt-out records are kept so that we do not message you again after you have unsubscribed.

We may use photos and video captured at events in our portfolio, on our website, in our galleries and on our social media channels, subject to the terms of our agreement with the client who booked the event.

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Event media is retained in line with the agreement covering that event. Retention of mobile information is covered in Section 3.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where children attend an event we are servicing, media capture and sharing is the responsibility of the client hosting that event and the child’s parent or guardian.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
