We ordered a 360 Photo Booth from them, and it was honestly such a great addition to my birthday! Can I bundle together services and will I receive any benefit?

Absolutely! Many of our clients love bundling multiple, if not all, services with us. You can book us for as many services as you would like. The benefit? You won’t be juggling with multiple vendors as we handle all the staff, logistics, and operations under one roof with a single payment. If you catch us at the right time, you might even score a bundle discount. Get in touch with us today!

Do you travel if I’m not directly in the city you are located in?

We are located in all major cities across the United States and even some parts of Canada. We have no issues traveling to more remote places but travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

Do you provide Multi-Day events in different cities?

One of the perks of working with GC Event Studio is our ability to handle simultaneous services across multiple cities for extended periods. With our team spread across the country, we can accommodate multi-day, week-long, and even monthly rentals or installations.

What kind of events do you service?

We handle all types of events, from Weddings, Private Parties, and Social Events to Birthday Parties—you name it. However, our specialty lies in Corporate functions and Brand Activations. We excel in events like golf tournaments, mixers, galas, trade show expos, gala dinner events, conferences, seminars, networking events, company retreats, team building events, wellness events, presentation awards, industry summits, and end-of-year corporate parties.

What are your lead times for ordering customized items?

Setting ourselves up for success is an important part of our culture. We require the following lead times for customized orders:

Design must be submitted 3 Weeks prior for any large items: Custom Branded Enclosures,

Design must be submitted 2 weeks prior for medium-sized items: Custom Backdrops, Custom Wraps, Custom Neon Signs, and Custom Gobos.

Design must be submitted 1 week prior for any digital items: Custom UX/UI, Photography Custom Overlays, Video Custom Intros/Outros, Custom Attract Screens, and Custom Digital Props.

ADA accessibility concerns?

Much of our equipment, including our 360 Trackstar, Photo Booths, LED Dance Floors, and other flooring, is wheelchair accessible. Our Photographers, Videographers, DJs, and staff are all committed to ensuring a positive and accessible experience for all guests.
