One team plans it and one team produces it, start to finish. Yingka Chou, GC’s corporate planner, runs the planning with over a thousand events behind her, and GC’s own crew brings the production, from the run of show to the lights and screens on the day. Tell us what you are planning.
Planning, design and production in house, from concept to the lights on the day.
Your corporate planner. 20+ years and over a thousand events.
You see where every dollar goes. Nothing booked until you approve it.
Trusted by leading brands, corporate teams, and organizations to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Over more than twenty years she has personally designed and managed more than a thousand events, across corporate events, celebrity charity galas and red carpet gifting suites, for names like the American Cancer Society, CNN Heroes, the BET Awards and the Grammy Museum. A USC graduate with a degree in interpersonal communications and business organisation, she is an obsessively organised planner who stays calm and precise under pressure, the kind who keeps a complex event on track without losing a single detail. Her background as a floral and event designer means she sees both the logistics and the look, so your event runs on time and lands the way it should.
Graduate, planner & designer
From corporate event planning to full corporate event production, one team covers it. This is event planning for businesses run the way it should be: Yingka leads the planning, GC brings the production in house, from the first call to the final load out. Unlike corporate event planning companies that hand production to a third party, or corporate event production companies that only handle the technical side, GC does both.
Product launches, holiday parties, client dinners and milestone moments, planned end to end so your team can stay in the room.
Conference event management and production for single and multi day programmes, from boardroom meetings to large conferences. GC owns the AV, staging and screens.
Charity galas & fundraising events where the evening runs exactly to plan, the kind Yingka has produced for the American Cancer Society, CNN Heroes & the George Lopez Foundation.
Red carpet moments and gifting lounges built to run under pressure, including suites Yingka has produced for the Oscars, the Emmys and the AMAs.
We take on corporate retreat planning and company offsites where the logistics disappear and your people can actually focus on each other.
A considered look for the whole event, from the first impression at the door to the details on each table, designed by a trained floral and event designer.
The reason it is one team and not five. GC owns the production stack most planners have to hire out, from photo and video to LED walls and DJs, so it is all on the same event, with one point of contact.
Corporate planning is really about taking the risk off your plate. Here is exactly how one team runs it, planning and production together.
A short call to understand the event, the goals, the headcount and the constraints. No pitch, just questions.

Yingka builds a clear plan and an itemised budget you can take back to your team. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
We source and manage every vendor, build the run of show and prepare the production in house, so you are never chasing suppliers.
One team runs it from setup to close, planning and production together, so you can be present at your own event instead of managing it.
Every programme is scoped to what it actually needs, so cost is driven by a few things more than any single line item. You get a clear, itemised budget after the discovery call, with no hidden charges, so you can take a real number back to your team.

Placeholder case in GC house style. Swap in a real client story before launch.
What the client needed, the constraint, the deadline. One or two sentences.
The scope delivered, the vendors coordinated, what happened on the day.
The outcome with a real number attached. Attendance, satisfaction, repeat booking.
For most corporate events we like six to twelve weeks, and three months or more for retreats, conferences and anything involving travel. Shorter timelines are often workable, so tell us your date and we will be straight about what is realistic.
